Refund Policy
Refunds/Returns: We have a No Refund or Return Policy because we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation reasons.
Exchanges (if applicable): We will exchange products only if you have received the wrong item(s) or if your item(s) is defective, but you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Email us at Valyslashlab@gmail.com with your first/last name and order number, customer must include photo of the issue. Once your email request is confirmed by us, you will receive a return label to send your item(s) back to our location. Item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging.
Disclaimer:
If your package has been confirmed via USPS / UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS / UPS as Valy's Lash Lab is not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. For any and all shipping updates please contact UPS with the tracking number we provided you. We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
